About Me.
A Journey from Survivor to Healer
My path to becoming a life coach and holistic healer began with my own healing journey. As a survivor of childhood assault, religious abuse, and narcissistic abuse, I understand the deep impact of trauma and the courage it takes to reclaim your life.
My personal experiences led me to explore alternative healing methods, which not only saved my life but also revealed my inner strength and power. Since 2016, I've been sharing my knowledge and experiences, officially establishing my company in 2019.
Today, I'm honored to have made TV appearances, given interviews, and published over 20 books on stress management, anxiety relief, and personal empowerment. My mission is to guide others – particularly women and transgender individuals – out of the shadows of abuse and trauma into the light of their own power.
As an energy & spiritual teacher and practitioner of various healing modalities, I bring a unique blend of techniques to support your healing journey. From energy work to scientific principles, my approach is designed to address the whole person – mind, body, and spirit.
